3. Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

- Subscription renewals after the initial billing period
- Bundled course packages where any portion has been accessed
- One-on-one coaching sessions or personalized consultations
- Physical materials or merchandise shipped to your address

4. Subscription Services
4.1 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to content until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
4.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription fees may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within 30 days of the initial purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of available content. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your account access and withhold all services until the matter is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.
9. Account Credits and Alternatives
In some cases, we may offer account credit or access to alternative courses instead of a monetary refund. Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any course or subscription on our platform.
10. Changes to Course Content
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue course content at any time. If significant changes are made to a course you have purchased, you will be notified via email. Material changes that substantially reduce the value of the course may entitle you to a partial refund at our discretion.
11. Corporate and Group Purchases

12. Currency and Exchange Rates
